Overview

Ocean Safety's Safety Ladder is simple to install and can be retro-fitted to yachts, aiding recovery for a person who has fallen overboard. As the safety ladder can be released by a person in the water, it is especially useful for short-handed sailing.

When not in use, the safety ladder is stored discreetly in a white compact valise and can be fastened to the yacht using the adjustable buckles. Maximum load is 175kg.

Designed for recovering MOB casualties - especially those with short-handed crews.
Easy to fasten to a toe or handrail.
Fulfils the MCA Code of Practice requirements for MOB recovery equipment.

Pull down ladder can be reached in the water.
